Fair Use Policy for iot.fastvpn.link VPN Service

These Terms of Use govern your use (hereinafter referred to as the "User") of the VPN service "iot.fastvpn.link" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by FastVPN LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration"). By accessing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

• Any actions that violate the laws of the country where FastVPN LLC is registered and the laws of the User's country of residence
• Disrupting the operation of the Service or attempting unauthorized access to its infrastructure
• Sending spam and other unsolicited messages
• Using the Service to circumvent restrictions imposed by other online services if this violates their terms of use
• Any activity that may harm other users of the Service or third parties

1.4. The Administration reserves the right to monitor the use of the Service to ensure its proper functioning and prevent abuse. However, the Administration is not obligated to continuously monitor the actions of Users.

2. User Responsibility

2.1. The User is fully responsible for any use of the Service, including the content they transmit or receive through the Service.

2.2. The User agrees to indemnify the Administration for any losses incurred as a result of unfair use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

3. Rights of the Administration

3.1. The Administration has the right to suspend or terminate the User's account and access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without refunding any fees.

3.2. The Administration has the right to change these Terms unilaterally. Changes will take effect from the moment of their publication on https://iot.fastvpn.link/. The User is obliged to regularly review the current version of the Terms.

4. Other Provisions

4.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Administration regarding the use of the Service.

4.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
