Do you keep activity logs?
No. We don't track or store browsing activity. We do keep the minimum data required to run the service — billing, account state, and authentication.
Do you have traffic limits?
No traffic counters and no per-account caps. Bandwidth is shaped and balanced across active accounts so each one gets a fair share.
Can I switch protocol on an existing account?
Protocol is set when the account is created and can't be changed afterwards. Create a new account if you need a different protocol.
Which clients are supported?
Any client that speaks the protocol you choose. WireGuard works with the official client and AmneziaWG with the AmneziaVPN client; the rest work with common XRAY-based clients.
What happens if a node goes down?
You can switch the entry or exit on any account at any time. Configs regenerate instantly.
